Q: Frequently Asked Questions Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Studio Express never turns a customer away. We do accept walk-ins; however, appointments are highly recommended to ensure that you will be seen.

Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: To schedule an appointment for your upcoming photography session, contact your local photo studio by clicking here.

Q: When will I receive my portraits?
A: Once you have chosen your favorite images, your selection of prints, up to 8x10, will be printed SAME DAY, in as little as 10 minutes.

Q: When will my specialty products arrive?
A: All orders made in studio are instantly sent for processing and are usually shipped within 10 business days. Once your products are received, you will receive a phone call informing you when you can pick them up.

Q: Who can I talk to in regards of my portrait session?

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Yes! Studio Express welcomes every member of your family.

Q: Can I bring multiple outfits?
A: Of course! We strongly encourage bringing multiple outfits to give your photography session a variety of looks.

Q: Can I bring my own props?
A: Yes! If you have an item that is special to your heart, we would love to incorporate that into your photography session.

Q: How many people can I bring to my session?
A: Due to our belief in customer satisfaction, there are never any sitting fees. If you know that you will bring a large group, please inform the photographer when you book your appointment.
